Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional nursing care to senior residents and rehabilitation patients within a nurturing, family-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Manage complex clinical conditions and respond swiftly to any changes in patient status.
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions, including wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, pain relief, and support for rehabilitation therapies as needed.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments while ensuring accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including physicians, therapists, CNAs, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, medications, care routines, and health maintenance.
• Promote quality, safety, and infection control practices, participating in fall prevention and skin integrity programs.
• Mentor and support CNAs and other team members, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to manage complex patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
