- Willingness to wait for licensure
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) status required
- Weekday shifts during the day
- Manage 20 to 25 patients daily
- Perform disposable cystectomies and vasectomies
- Credentialing is necessary
- DEA registration required

Hourly compensation ranges from $220.00 to $275.00.
