Join Our Healthcare Team as a Registered Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional nursing care to senior residents and rehabilitation patients within a nurturing, family-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Manage complex clinical conditions and respond swiftly to any changes in patient status.
• Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound management, IV therapy, catheter and tube care, and pain management.
• Support rehabilitation therapies as needed based on the care setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, CNAs, and social workers, to coordinate care and assist with discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, medications, care routines, and health maintenance.
• Promote quality, safety, and infection control practices, participating in fall prevention and medication safety initiatives.
• Mentor and support CNAs and other team members, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
