About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate policy questions, billing concerns, coverage changes, and general inquiries. Youll support agents, maintain accurate records, and ensure every customer feels valued and understood.

Responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support Provide friendly, professional assistance via phone, email, and inoffice interactions
  • Problem Resolution Identify issues quickly and offer effective solutions
  • Policy Servicing Process policy changes, updates, and documentation
  • Account Management Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on outstanding items
  • Team Collaboration Work closely with agents to support daily operations




Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience is Required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver.
  • Tech-savvy with typing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
